Aloo Katli Recipe

This is a simple, easy & most quick recipe. Aloo katli takes no time to cook. Potatoes are cooked with spicy fresh tomatoes gravy on Dam(Covered lid to cook on low heat). Aloo Katli is a delicious dish served with Bread(Roti) and curd, loved by all over Pakistan and Indians.

Ingredients:
Veggies:

  • Oil 1 cup
  • Potatoes 1 kg
  • Tomatoes 2 medium size
  • Green chili 5-6 medium size
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 cup
    Spices:
  • Salt
  • Crushed red chili 1 Tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 Tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Recipe:

  • Place pan on heat with oil.
  • Fry potatoes n Cumin Seeds for approx. 5-10 mins.
  • Add Tomatoes with spices & cover the lid to cook on a low flame for 10-15 mins approx.
  • Finally, garnish it with Chilies & Coriander Leaves.
